As a certified tradesman in composite engineering with over 20+ years of industry experience, Ryan Blackman is a highly regarded name in the fibreglass industry in Perth.

Ryan started his career in the construction industry and was exposed to a wide variety of skills, brickwork, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, and concreting before transitioning into the composite industry when he secured a traineeship with ‘Eagle Aircraft’ in Henderson WA. Once Eagle moved their aircraft manufacturing operations overseas, Ryan gained valuable experience working with fibreglass boat building companies and industrial composites fabricators.

Keen to make his mark as a business operator, Ryan embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2010 with ‘Integrity Fibreglass’. Throughout the subsequent years Ryan and his team completed many major industrial projects supplying fibreglass tanks to the mining and agricultural industries across WA.

He has undertaken formal training in Computer Aided Design (CAD) to upgrade his processes to computerised plans. In 2019, Ryan launched Perth Fibreglass Repairs to provide expert fibreglass repair services including all types of composite work, mould and pattern making, product development, infusion/RTM and technical support to his clients.
